Influence of Sm3+-Fe3+ interaction on antiferromagnetic Gd3+ ions ordering in Gd1-xSmxFeO3

摘要
The temperature and field dependences of magnetization for Gd 1- x Sm x FeO 3 single crystals have been measured. It is shown that the temperature of antiferromagnetic ordering of Gd 3+ ions rises, while the effective field created by the d-subsystem on rare-earth ions decreases with increasing Sm 3+ ion concentration.
