本论文研究了镁铁类水滑石及其复合氧化物的制备和表征,以及其对水中腐殖酸的吸附效果。
采用共沉淀法制备镁铁类水滑,研究了金属离子摩尔比、pH值、反应温度等反应条件对镁铁类水滑石性质的影响。实验证明,通过控制反应条件,制备出晶相单一,结晶度良好,层状结构明显,晶粒均匀的镁铁类水滑石。
通过TEM、XRD、TG-DTA、IR、BET表征手段分别对镁铁类水滑石及其复合氧化物的晶形形貌、晶形结构、红外性能、热性质、BET比表面积进行了研究。结果表明实验制备的样品具有镁铁类水滑石及其复合氧化物的特征。即镁铁类水滑石具有层状双金属氢氧化物的结构,呈六边形形态;镁铁类水滑石经过723k焙烧,层状结构消失,形成了金属复合氧化物。并对其记忆效应进行研究,发现将其置于腐殖酸水溶液中,可实现其层状结构重建。

Hydrotalcite-like compounds containing iron were synthesized. The characterization of the compounds were studied by transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), TG-DTA, infra-red spectroscopy measurements(IR).
