本文以硝酸镁、硝酸铝、硝酸铁、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠等为主要原料,采用液相共沉淀法合成了不同Mg/Al/Fe摩尔比的纳米级吸附剂镁铝铁—金属氢氧化物类水滑石(MgAlFe-HTLCs),并在500℃焙烧制得其衍生复合氧化物(HTLCs-500)。用化学分析和现代仪器测试技术进行了系统研究:用X-射线衍射图谱、透射电镜、热重—差热分析、红外光谱分析、BET比表面积测定等手段对HTLCs和HTLCs-500的晶体结构、形貌形态、热稳定性、材料表面性质等进行了表征。并研究了HTLCs及HTLCs-500在不同的投加量、溶液pH值、吸附振荡时间及有机污染物初始质量浓度等条件下对水溶液中苯酚和对硝基苯酚的吸附去除效果,还对实验中的影响因素和吸附机理进行了分析探讨。研究结果表明:
(1)实验所用的吸附剂HTLCs及HTLCs在500℃的焙烧产物HTLCs-500,通过表征知:所合成的样品具有类水滑石的晶体结构,颗粒为六边形多层片状,粒径30~50nm,表面富含羟基。合成样品层间阴离子为CO_3~(2-)。
